Please find below all information regarding shipping and delivery times for national and international post. Currently, we use UPS and DHL services.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Shipping with DHL
Germany
Shipping Costs: | Incl. paket insurance: 4,50 € |
Delivery: | Takes 3 - 5 business days |
EU Countries
Shipping Costs: | between 12-17 € (depending on the weight) |
Delivery: | Takes between 7-10 work days |
International
Shipping Costs: | 12-25 € (depending on the weight) |
Delivery: | Takes 10 to 14 business days |
Tracking: | As soon as the shipment crossed the German border, the tracking is not possible anymore. |
Shipping with UPS
International
Shipping Costs: | Depending on country, distance and weight of shipment |
Delivery: | Takes 4-9 days |
Tracking: | As soon as the package is shipped out you will get the tracking number automatically. |
