Do not forget to write everything down exactly, incl the first decimal place.
Head measurement: Loop the measuring tape around your head one cm above your ears (for FlexFit caps)
Chest: Loop the measuring tape across the highest point of your chest and the back (for tops, shirts)
Waist: Loop the measuring tape around the narrowest point of your waistline (for pants, bermudas)
Hips: Loop the measuring tape across the highest point of your backside.
For baggy pants style add 3 cm more on your waist size.
The easiest way to find out your size, is to take one of your fitting piece of clothing and read off the size.
