Where can I find the progress of my orders?

Sign in to your account. Under "My Account" you can see the status of all your orders.

What does the status of my orders mean?

"Outstanding Payment"
Your payment has not been received. When paying with bank transfer, it can take up to several business days for the payment to be processed.

"In Progress"
Your payment has been received and we are working on your order.

Your order has been sent. National shipping usually requires 1 to 2 business days, internationally bound packages may take a week depending on the destination.

"Received in store"
Your order has arrived at our store.

Your order has been cancelled. In case you require clarification, please contact us directly.
