In case you forgot something on an already submitted order or want to change your payment type or delivery options, you have until the package leaves our warehouse to do so. The best way to go about this would be to give our customer service a call, or send us a timely email in case you are not able to do so. Adding further articles to your order may lead to a change in delivery dates. After we have processed the changes, you will receive another confirmation email containing your modified bill and details of the changes made.

In case you accidentally or falsely submitted an order, or you have changed your mind, we are able to cancel it as long as it has not been processed by our shipping department and been sent out.
