Article wasn't delivered (within Germany)

It can happen that your package never reaches its destination, whether due to the wrong delivery address or errors on behalf of the postal service or our warehouse. In these cases, the package is sent back to us. Should we not receive any notice from you that your article hasn't arrived, we will automatically refund the purchase price using your chosen payment method. If you let us know before we receive the returned package, we will gladly send it again at our own cost.
