When ordering until 9 AM your package is delivered on the same day. When the order is paid in advance delivery will take place on the day of cash receipt.

An item does not fit you or you are not happy with it?
Please contact us before returning the goods und we will email you a return slip*. Print it and attach it easily visible to the package. Please remove or paste over any other address labels. Now you will simply have to yield the package to one of the many DHL parcel shops or postal offices, completely free of charge*.
ATTENTION: Please do not send back the package as freight collect (postal charge paid by recipient) since postal services will demand 15 EUR. Please do not choose express delivery or other additional services as we will not be able to cover those. Do not forget to keep the deposit receipt until your package has arrived and you have received a replacement delivery or refund of the product value.

We ship via DHL. When you are unable to accept your package DHL will usually try to deliver it up to two times and afterwards deposit it at the closest postal office. You then have 7 working days to pick up your package. The package will be returned to us after these 7 days.
You will receive an eMail with your shipment number in order for you to track your order. Please note that DHL can not track your package beyond German borders. In case you want tracking all the way to your delivery address please choose FedEx Prio as a shipping provider.
When ordeing from and delivering to non-EU foreign countries additional customs duties, taxes and charges may occur.
