How do I order on overkillshop.com?

1. My Cart
Choose the items you want to purchase by clicking the "Put into my Cart" button. Here you can also choose to order several of the same item by choosing the amount you'd like in the drop-down list. When you click on the "My Cart" button you are able to remove products or change their quantity and also proceed to checkout in order to pay.

2. Checkout
If you haven't already, please register with a valid email address. Otherwise, log in to your existing account. We treat your personal information with confidentiality and respect and do not pass it on or sell it to third-company parties (Datenschutz). By scrolling down you will reach the next step.

3. Billing address and choosing the payment option
Please go over your billing address to ensure it is correct and select your preferred Zahlungsweise. Continue scrolling for the next step.

4. Delivery address and type
Please enter/check your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method. Click on "Next" to continue to the next step.

5. Finalising your order / Terms and conditions / Privacy policy
Here you will see a summary of your order: the chosen products, delivery type and address, and your contact information. Please make sure to check everything for accuracy and read through the General Terms and Conditions and Right of Withdrawal. You can only proceed by checking the boxes next to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. By clicking "Purchase" you are agreeing to and sending us a legally binding request, you will receive an email containing our confirmation and all further information. Please be aware that it can require up to 10 minutes for our system to respond to your request!

How can I change my shipping address, add items, etc.?
If you have made a mistake when placing your order, if you want to change your payment or shipping method, or if you want to change your shipping address, you can do so until it has been processed by our shipping department. The best way to do this is to call us or send an e-mail to our customer service. Adding items to your already placed order may delay the processing of your order. How can I cancel an order?
