New Balance Allerdale: Klassische Eleganz trifft modernen Komfort
The traditional American-brand New Balance is primarily known around the world for its running sneakers. However, the brand has also repeatedly caused a stir in recent years and released sneakers beyond running shoes that have been the talk of the town. The latest model, the New Balance Allerdale, is one such sneaker and we would like to introduce it to you today.
The name Allerdale may sound familiar to some - and not without reason. This new silhouette from New Balance was named after the district of the same name in Cumbria, a region with a long tradition of
shoe manufacturing. The Allerdale is made here, at NB's British production facilities in Flimby. Unlike many of the brand's current models, the Allerdale does not rely on chunky proportions. Instead, its design is based on classic tennis sneakers such as the New Balance T500 from 1982. The model is available in dark brown, grained leather, while the iconic New Balance logo is discreetly embroidered on the side panels. A design that wouldn't look out of place in grandpa's closet. But it's not just about the look. Inside, an Ortholite insole ensures soft comfort, while the black midsole is equipped with FuelCell technology. This cushioning is normally used in New Balance's high performance running shoes - a clear sign of the first-class comfort level of this model.
