Recap: adidas Equipment Drop 2 - An exclusive evening at the Overkill Women's Store
On April 17, the time had finally come: the second adidas Equipment Drop was celebrated at a special event in the Overkill Women's Store. For the occasion, the store was transformed into a tribute to adidas' legendary EQT heritage, captivating more than 100 EQT fans and sneakerheads long before the official launch at 4 pm.

EXCLUSIVITY IN THE FRONT, HISTORY IN THE BACK
At the front of the store, we presented the current adidas equipment collection - including one of the highlights of the evening: the adidas EQT Cushion 93, exclusively available throughout Europe only at Overkill. The sneaker, which perfectly combines modern innovation and 90s vibes, was an absolute must-have for many and sold out quickly. At the back of the store, visitors delved deeper into the world of adidas EQT. An impressive exhibition of vintage apparel, sneakers, and accessories - from the private collection of our CEO Marc and collector friends - offered rare insights into pieces, some of which have never been shown in public before. A real highlight for all EQT nerds and lovers of archive designs.

NEW COLORS, OLD LOVE
The store has also been given a new look to match the EQT vibe: The front of the store shone in a new look, including the adidas Equipment Neon Sign. The iconic Overkill logo was given a makeover in EQT blue for the evening - a small detail with a big impact.
EARLY BIRDS & SPECIAL GIFTS
Those who arrived early were rewarded: the first buyers of the EQT Cushion 93 received an exclusive Gift with Purchase - a specially branded adidas EQT x Overkill stool that has the potential to become a collector's item.

VIBES, BEATS & DRINKS
From 4 to 9 p.m., there was not only a release but also a party. DJ Lizaliza provided the right after-work vibes with smooth house tunes before Roziez picked up the pace with driving techno sounds (fun fact: one of the twins was also part of our adidas EQT campaigns). The perfect soundtrack to the EQT spirit was provided. There were also free drinks from Krombacher and Proviant, who presented their new lime mint flavor, perfect for ringing in spring in style.
Conclusion: EQT is alive and well, and the atmosphere was informal, enthusiastic, and full of love for the brand with the three stripes from start to finish. A successful evening that not only celebrated a limited release but also the deep connection between adidas EQT and the Overkill community. Anyone who was there knows: EQT is not just a line - it's a legacy.
