RECAP: adidas Superstar Sound Bar feat. Overkill Cologne

On Saturday evening, we took over the adidas Superstar Sound Bar in Cologne and transformed it into the ultimate meeting place for sneaker, streetwear, and music fans for a few hours.

AN EVENING FULL OF BEATS &
STREET STYLE
Together with photographer and adidas Superstar enthusiast Styler, who accompanied us throughout the evening with his camera, and the TIBA Movement, who provided the finest electronic sounds, we celebrated the adidas Superstar in style. From 6 to 10 p.m., the location was a pulsating hotspot, complete with dancing guests, creative outfits, and plenty of sneaker talk.

A LEGEND WITH HISTORY
For over 50 years, the adidas Superstar has stood for timeless style. What began as a basketball shoe in the 70s conquered the Hip-Hop scene in the 80s, thanks to Run DMC, and became a global symbol of streetwear culture. To this day, the “Shell-Toe” embodies not only its sporting roots, but also music, art, and lifestyle.

EXCLUSIVE SNEAKERS TO BE WON
A very special highlight awaited at the grand finale: five pairs of adidas Superstars in high-quality special boxes were raffled off among the guests. The lucky winners were able to take their new classics home with them straight away. It was the perfect end to an evening dedicated to the iconic trainer.
