The brand was founded in 2013 by Chris Printup aka Spanto, as a declaration of love for his hometown Los Angeles and Venice Beach. The inspiration of Born X Raised's designs are provided by the various subcultures that are native to Los Angeles. Punk, Hip Hop, Surf, Skate, Latinogangs, all this has been influential in new graphics for T-Shirts, hoodies or shorts.
