The Veja Volley Suede blends the charm of a classic sports shoe with a mindful use of sustainable materials. Inspired by Brazilian volleyball shoes of the 1970s, this model brings a nostalgic silhouette into everyday life. The upper is made of soft suede sourced from controlled origins and tanned under eco-friendly conditions. Harmful chemicals are completely avoided, while a special treatment provides light water resistance without the use of PFCs. The outsole combines natural rubber from the Amazon region with recycled and synthetic rubber plus mineral silica, offering reliable grip and long-lasting traction. Inside, the shoe features a comfortable insole made of bio-based EVA, recycled EVA, organic cotton and Amazonian rubber, complemented by a breathable lining made from recycled polyester. Flat laces made of organic cotton complete the sustainable concept. The shoe is produced under fair conditions in Brazil. With its clean shape, subtle details like the side Veja logo and a comfortably padded collar, it’s easy to pair with different outfits – whether for the commute or relaxed hours in the city.
