Almost 35 years after its original release, one of the rarest adidas ZX models ever made is making its return. Together with adidas, Overkill brings back the legendary adidas ZX 8000 "Made in France" as an almost one-to-one retro release. Once considered a barely documented oddity within the ZX series, this iconic silhouette now returns as an exclusive Special Make Up project in highly limited quantities.

For this reissue, the original colorway has been recreated as accurately as possible. The signature white pinstripe mesh forms the foundation of the upper and is complemented by premium white suede overlays. Black Three Stripes create a striking contrast, while the light blue midsole completes the unmistakable look of the original release.

Of course, the legendary Torsion System remains an essential part of the shoe. First introduced on the ZX 8000 in 1989, it helped establish the model as a milestone in running footwear innovation.
