The Hooded Nelson sweatshirt is made from an unbrushed cotton jersey, which gives the material a tactile looped texture. The sweatshirt has a balloon fit and is cut slightly looser and boxier with dropped shoulders and ribbed seams that create a pulled-together effect. The style has also been piece-dyed, creating a washed yet saturated hue. There is a woven square label on the left chest, which appears slightly duller due to the piece dyeing.
