TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED – The statute of limitations edition The book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER, published by Publikat in 2011 – which has been sold out for several years and is being traded on eBay at horrendous prices – is now being re-released in a completely revised statute of limitations edition. Like the first version, the successor will again have the legendary wobbly cover which succinctly sums up the concept of the two. It is assumed that shortly after its publication a note similar to the following will be found in the files of various graffiti investigation teams: »Between 2007 and 2010, the accused MOSES and TAPS swapped their pseudonyms. With the help of an unknown number of other perpetrators, they smeared 1000 passenger coaches in graffiti style over a period of 1000 days. In May 2011 they published their deeds in the illustrated book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER. However, since the book did not provide any evidence of the perpetrator, the investigation had to be closed after ten years due to the statute of limitations in accordance with Section 78 of the Criminal Code. After the statute of limitations had expired, MOSES & TAPS now fully admit all of the allegations in the case in words and pictures in the book TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED. Furthermore, the suspects supplement the allegations with previously unknown photographs and descriptions of the crime.
