Release info: Both models will be pre-released exclusively at Overkill. The first-come, first-served (FCFS) release will take place in-store on January 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CET) at AM TACHELES, Oranienburger Str. 54–64, 10117 Berlin. There will be a few surprises in store, so come on by! In addition, the blue model will also be available for purchase in our Cologne store from 11:00 AM (CET). Any remaining shoes will be available in our online shop on January 18, 2026, at 12:00 AM (CET).

For our content creation, we took a trip to the adidas headquarters in Herzogenaurach. We visited the legendary adidas archive and spoke to the people who were instrumental in this release. This model is a 1:1 remake of the legendary FINAL AZX, adidas ZX 8000 JC & MT from the A-ZX series of 2008/09. Attention has been paid to originality down to the smallest detail, both in the selection of materials and in the design. In contrast to its blue counterpart, the yellow version is extremely limited and will almost certainly not be available online.
The adidas ZX 8000 JC & MT Consortium represents a distinctive blend of heritage, design vision, and contemporary execution.
